Besides, the Love Foundation in the company has donated more than 500 thousand dollars to assist tens of workers, who suffered from disasters or diseases.
Enterprise culture, the company built a reading room and an activity room, published an internal magazine, BASHAN People, which articles are contributed by the workers, and which is appraised as Excellent Example of Chongqing Enterprise Culture. Meanwhile, non-periodic cultural and artistic performance is held in the company to show characters and creativity of the workers. Office Automation System in local networks is effected to make more efficient documental approval or replies, E-bulletin board, mail transfer, forum and so on. Further, in the beginning of each year, the company would make the annual training plans to train the workers in different job positions as some experts were invited to come to the company for discussions or teachings
A sports field of 5000 square meters was built in the company to enrich the enterprise culture and the workers' leisure-time life. And in the end of 2010, the first sports meeting of the workers was successfully held. In other times, some non-periodic matches were organized with other companies for better communications.
